Jon Ricketts joins Safe to Learn

We are delighted to welcome Jon Ricketts to the Safe to Learn team as a Co-director.

Jon is an experienced educational consultant and accredited school inspector, having previously been a senior leader and governor.

§As a senior inspector, he had responsibility for supporting inspector training with relation to safeguarding at the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI). As a senior leader, he had a number of roles at a large, independent, coeducational day school. Jon was a Senior Deputy and Acting Head as well as being a Designated Safeguarding Lead for over a decade. He has also taught chemistry in a range of independent boarding, day, mixed and single sex schools in England.

‘I am delighted to combine my experience in safeguarding and inspection in schools in working as a Co-director to raise awareness of antisemitism in schools and how school leaders can be supported to address it.’
